General Terms
DriveOk provides driver booking, driver assignment, trip management and business mobility services. Users and business clients are responsible for providing accurate booking, vehicle and contact details.
Booking & Cancellation
Booking confirmation, assignment, cancellation and payment status may vary depending on driver availability, location and operational rules configured by DriveOk.
Payments
Online payment is processed through Razorpay. Cash and corporate billing may be enabled depending on booking type and account configuration.
